• Employee and Family DiscountsJob Summary:Cultivate strong relationships with New and Existing Owners by delivering excellence and helping people discover the power of vacation ownership.Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Conduct Face-to-Face Sales Presentations.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Generate Sales through proper closing techniques and skills.
  • Maintain production standards.
  • Attend ongoing sales training.
  • All leads are prequalified and provided by the company.Qualifications and Skills:
    • A TN Timeshare License is required.
    • 2-3 Years of Timeshare sales Experience required.
    • Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and negational abilities.
    • Polished and professional appearance.
    • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
    • Ability to handle unique and challenging situations.
    • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
    • Must work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
    • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
