Acquisition Partner will help build and own the end-to-end
recruitment process for Regal TSO (Theatre Support Office) across
the US. This includes understanding hiring needs, developing
sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews,
managing offers, and facilitating initial onboarding. They will be
instrumental in building a high-performing culture by identifying,
attracting, and securing top talent to join the business. This
position requires strategic thinking, relationship-building skills,
a deep understanding of the US talent landscape, and the ability to
work autonomously with a passion for refining recruitment
processes.Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition Management: Manage the full
recruitment lifecycle for all vacancies within Regal's US Theatre
Support Office (TSO), including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, HR,
Film, IT, and Real Estate departments. Establish and document
efficient talent acquisition processes, workflows, and best
practices. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Proactive and Reactive Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing
strategies, including outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn,
networking, direct outreach, and managing active applicants from
job boards, social media, referrals, and the careers website.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review applications,
conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills,
experience, and cultural fit. Build talent pipelines to ensure
availability of suitable candidates.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to
understand their needs, define job descriptions, and candidate
profiles. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and
interview techniques.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare materials,
ensure timely communication, and gather feedback.
- Candidate Experience Advocacy: Ensure a positive candidate
experience through timely communication, feedback, and acting as a
brand ambassador.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer branding
initiatives, manage the Careers Website, and craft engaging job
advertisements.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support: Negotiate offers,
extend them, and support onboarding to ensure smooth
transitions.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze
recruitment data to improve strategies and report insights to
stakeholders.
- Support for Cinema Recruitment: Assist cinema teams with
difficult-to-fill roles as needed.
- Deliver Critical Business Projects: Lead projects to enhance
candidate experience and develop organizational
capabilities.Requirements:
- Proven in-house, direct hire recruitment experience across all
levels
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultative approach with experience influencing and
partnering with leaders
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver a people-centric
talent acquisition process
- Comfortable recruiting across various corporate areas and
adapting between reactive and strategic approaches
