The Finance Planning Analysis Associate Manager is a leadership
role that involves working closely with senior leaders of the
company and providing ongoing support as a valued trusted finance
partner. As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical
expertise and or ability to oversee programs and processes. You
balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions
using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk
mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
- Provide senior management with accurate and timely information
necessary to make strategic operating decisions
- Discuss budgets, conduct monthly performance reviews, KPIs on
an ongoing basis with key expense owners. Manage day to day
responsibilities including ad hoc requests, Headcount analysis,
other key expense analytics like professional fee spend etc.
- Proactively identify and report metrics leading indicators to
identify any risks opportunities to meeting the annual expense
- Influence business discussions strategy by establishing strong
credibility and trusted relationships with the partner
- Own, manage, and prioritize day to day delivery tasks both
recurring and dynamic
- Lead, manage, and create positive engagement for a team of
- Perform other accounting duties and support accounting and
finance center staff as required or assigned.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in Insurance, Financial
Services, and or Finance & Accounting
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in controllership or financial reporting role at a
public company insurance sector experience a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Comfort with uncertainty and fluidity, and can work in an agile
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess analytical and practical problem solving skills with
strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Background in Financial statement analysis
- Experience in forecasting and modelling and strong knowledge of
business performance and metrics
- Ability to multitask with a variety of systems and
- Collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Maintain a positive attitude with the ability to make sound
decisions with minimal supervision.
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide
array of factors including but not limited to the specific office
location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by
local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation
for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City
or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered

California: $78,500 - $168,600
Colorado:$78,500 - $145,700
New York City:$90,900 - $168,600
Washington:$83,600 - $155,100
