Knowledge of the Trucking Industry a plus.Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to interact and communicate effectively over-the-phone, through e-mail and face to face, ability to recognize when action is necessary and to implement the required actions within a reasonable time, ability to prioritize workflow in order to use time effectively, ability to perform mathematical calculations in order to calculate transit times.
