This opportunity comes with benefits and opportunity for growth!IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION, PLEASE APPLY OR TEXT ALEX AT Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3Pay Rate: $31/HourLocation: Rockford, TNDescription: The Maintenance Technician III will have the ability to lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, able to manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines. Essential Functions:

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical
• Trains employees as needed.
• Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs
• Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.
• Ability to install and maintain photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders
• Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization
• Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
• Work with teams to complete any additional projects as assigned.
• Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.
