Job Description:

Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Analyst to own the organization's RFP process and identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers to ensure that cost, quality, inventory levels, and supply chain operations meet organizational needs for our growing business.
This Knoxville, Tennessee based position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and partners closely with Product Development and Engineering. The Product Sourcing Analyst will visit potential suppliers' facilities and have travel of up to 25-45%.
The successful candidate will

• Have understanding of operations planning and lean manufacturing
  
• Represent the Blue Diamond Attachments brand through professional communication in person, on the telephone, and in writing
  
• Have relevant experience with ERP analytics
  
• Possess mechanical acumen and the ability read and understand prototype drawings and schematics
