Job Description:
Skiltrek is seeking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician to
join their team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity! They are
seeking for candidates with the required skills below:
1. Computer support in a call center environment - experience with
taking tickets through an ITSM as well as phone support. Scenarios
like password reset issues and connectivity issues are examples of
trouble tickets experienced.
2. Experience supporting Microsoft office products, Chrome, Edge,
One Drive client, and Windows
3. Proven experience providing effective and professional
communication addressing moderately complex technical issues via
telephone, chat support (ServiceNow Chat), and
person-to-person.
4. Multi-factor authentication - know what it is.
