Job Description:
Location: Knoxville, TN
Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a
Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Knoxville,
TN! -This position includes a FULL relocation
package!Responsibilities:*Reports directly to Plant Manager*Seeks
to drive Plant performance to greater productivity levels*Develops
material labor cost standards and estimates*Lead, coach, and manage
a team of 3 Maintenance Supervisors*Open to first shift
(Monday-Friday)*Assists in the development evaluation of Capital
projects and other cost improvement projects*Ensures workflow of
employees is proper and effective*Ensures processes and procedures
are proper and effective*Provides maintenance and upgrades of
production data systems*Performs special projects/studies as
assignedQualifications:*Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not a
requirement*3+ years of work experience within food, beverage, or
any high speed/highly automated packaging/manufacturing
environment*Strong electrical background -*Demonstrated application
of various industrial engineering techniques*Strong lean
Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience*Perform tasks with minimal
supervision and capable of handling/prioritizing several tasks at
once*Extremely detail and deadline oriented*Proven CapEx project
management experience in a manufacturing environment*Proven
maintenance and CMMS experience*Excellent communication skills with
ability to interact positively with all team members
