Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia. The company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and deliveryParticipate in lean/continuous improvement projectsSelects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiencymanagement of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant locationApply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controlsEstablish and implement preventive maintenance systemsManage spare part Inventory processesQualifications & Requirements:3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume food or consumer products manufacturing environmentSolid PLC troubleshooting experienceStrong Project management experienceExcellent strategic and growth mindset!Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointExcellent mechanical aptitudePrefer experience with ammonia refrigeration
