This includes operating Press and Stamping equipment, industrial laser equipment, and welding assembly equipment. Employees will be assigned to work in one of these areas upon hire. Key Responsibilities of Production Associates Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies Fluency in English is required for effective communication in our workplace Operate resistance spot weld machines to assembler products Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data Complete SC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required Weld destruct testing and recording of data as required Basic machine maintenance/weld tip changes 100% visual inspection & packaging of product Operate machines at optimum efficiency to achieve acceptable rates Tagging and labeling containers per the work instructions Housekeeping and other activities as assigned Assist with inventory Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person
