Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Customer Service Specialist who will be the face of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing transactions, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. This is an opportunity to join a team that brings color and functionality to our community through high-quality paint and coating products. Greet customers and assist them with their needs including product information, color selection, and recommendations. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with team members to manage stock levels and ensure product availability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using point of sale (POS) software Knowledge of inventory management Basic understanding of color matching and design principles preferred Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer Service Certification (optional but beneficial) First Aid Certification (preferred)
