Are you looking for a career with a national technology company
that helps service the insurance industry? We are looking for Call
Center agents to help handle -customer questions, escalations, and
be able to walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup
processes. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for Customer Service
and Technical Support focused individuals.
Pay: -$18-$22 depending on experienceLocation: -Knoxville, TN - 3
days onsite; 2 days remoteSchedule: -flexibility from 8am-8pm
Monday - Friday
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e.,
phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate situations or
escalate to team lead or Manager and/or other internal resources
- Knowledgeable in our products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments,
- 1 year of recent call center experience
- Longevity in previous roles
