We are a Real Estate Company that generates qualified appointments for Real Estate Agents. ABSOLUTELY NO COLD CALLING AND NO DOOR KNOCKING! We are looking for 2-4 of the very best real estate agents to take an overflow of listing appointments we currently have. This opportunity is not for everyone. It's for someone with strong sales skills(or the ability to learn them) willing to do what it takes to be the very best in the industry!

Responsibilities:
10 Point Job Description:
--- Convert appointments to buyer agency agreements
--- Educate buyer clients about the home buying process
--- Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender
--- Identify and show homes to prospective home buyer clients that meet the buyer's criteria
--- Refine search criteria as needed
--- Write, and submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
--- Negotiate offers weighted in the client's favor
--- Oversee the transaction process, including the due diligence issues
--- Review the CD with the clients
--- Attend closing and repeat

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements:
--- Driver's license
--- Active Real Estate license or the ability to get licensed
--- No standing complaints at TREC -
--- Passionate about helping buyers find their next home
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
--- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
--- Be coachable and teachable
--- Access to a coach that is there to help you be successful

Pluses:
--- Familiar w/ KAAR and/or GSMAR MLS's a plus
--- Familiar w/ TAR documents is a plus
--- Familiar w/ electronic documents
--- Familiar w/ general working knowledge of computers
