Edfinancial Services of Knoxville, TN is looking to hire 20
full-time Customer Service Representatives. Are you a customer

This Customer Service Representative position earns a base wage of
$13.00 - $14.00/hour, depending on education level. We also offer
great benefits and perks, with an additional $4.27/hour for
medical, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), or a
health savings account (HSA). We offer 11 paid holidays, generous

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a
Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of
communication for our clients on the phone, through chat, or email.
Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you
are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the callers'
shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success
is that you never give up or lose your cool. You are all about
following through and resolution. Most of our customers are
appreciative of our exceptional service, but occasionally one of
them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your
professionalism and kindness usually turn things around. You will
have round-the-clock support from senior agents and leaders who are
just a phone call or chat message away when you need assistance.

experience easy for busy students and graduates!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our
software and best practices. Do you have excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal? Are you comfortable talking on the
phone? Do you enjoy building relationships with people? Are you
team-oriented? Do you have creative problem-solving skills? If so,

WORK SCHEDULE This position requires flexibility to work evenings,
based on our business needs. During peak seasons throughout the
year hours of operation are extended so that we can serve all the
customers who need our help.

Tuesday - Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Thursday - Friday 8:00 am -6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday closed
