Our painters and technicians are highly skilled and value a thorough preparation process that ensures the best final product for our clients. -We pride ourselves on unmatched customer service and quality communication that keeps our customers always informed so they can have peace of mind throughout any Groovy Hues project.A sales representative for Groovy Hues helps potential customers to identify problems that can be solved with our wide range of painting, coating, and washing solutions. This may involve conducting research to identify potential customers and their needs, developing sales strategies to target these customers, and persuasively pitching solutions to the customer problems that you helped to identify. The sales representative will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and providing ongoing support. This may include preparing quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring that the customer's needs are met. Overall, the sales representative plays a crucial role in helping Groovy Hues grow and succeed by securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.Responsibilities:

Seeks creative "win-win" sales solutions that address customer needs and build trustOrganizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure expert consultation, compelling presentations, efficient execution, and high-quality customer supportMonitors and reviews all work orders to ensure alignment with customer expectationsDrives internal communication on current work orders to ensure great customer experiences Answers new and existing customer phone calls while following sales processesCold-calls, door-knocks, and meetings with prospective customers as required Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standardsManages and maintains daily reportingRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GEDOne or more years of experience in customer service/commercial salesValid driver's licenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentAbility and intent to follow policy and proceduresPreferred Qualifications:
Empathetic, responsible, resourceful, optimistic, confident, insightful, honest, passionate Asks excellent questions and builds trust through collaborative customer problem-solvingAbility to solve problems, manage conflict, and make good decisions under pressureDetail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and recordsWorking knowledge of software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel, CRMPhysical Demands:to sit for long periods of time while occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
