Job Title: Sales Executive
Konexial has an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to
enter the highly competitive and lucrative software industry. We
are looking for experienced Sales Executives who will prospect for,
hunt and close new sales opportunities to drive company growth.
Job Description:
- Prospect for new clients and turn this into increased
business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area
to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging
your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the
client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company's
leaders.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop
proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and
objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and
working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate
appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Fleet Optimization software provides companies with the
tightest controls in the industry around compliance, safety and
operating performance. The sales executives are expected to have a
thorough understanding of the software and its benefits to
clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding
targets.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or
sales and marketing director.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the
organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in the software/IT industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up one's
sleeves and get the job done.
- Comfortable using CRM software to track and manage leads.
