Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an above ground pool sales representative. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for customer satisfaction. You must have big ticket commission only sales experience. This can be experience in solar sales, door to door sales, kirby, roofing, window sales, home security etc... You will be provided with pre-credit approved leads that have ready and waiting to buy. Your job will be to visit the customers and close the sale.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide clients with comprehensive information and guidance regarding our products and services
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve optimal results
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM systemRequirements
