We offer a 40-hour a week, base pay + commission job that just might be perfect for you, and we are adding to our team!



Award-Winning Real Estate Team Seeks highly driven Appointment Setters / Real Estate Assistants to follow up with Motivated Seller and Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for Outside Sales Team Members.



Base pay plus Commission!! All equipment is provided for you! All you need to get on your own is your real estate license!



Book at least 3 appts per day, you'll earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year!

We are a company that believes in training up front and coaching forever, so even if you have never been in real estate,

Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Days after 90 days.

Set 40 40-hour work week!





--- Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm OR 10:30 - 6:30 pm
--- Must work at least (2) 10:30 - 6:30 pm shifts per week, for which you will earn an additional (4) PTO days per year!
--- (1) Saturday 10 - 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesday prior)
--- (10) PTO Days + (4) Additionally Earned PTO Days and (7) Major Holidays paid
--- PTO days are annually prorated

Responsibilities:
--- No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests
--- Set appointments for our outside sales team
--- No marketing or advertising necessary
--- All buyer and seller leads supplied

Qualifications:
--- Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate license
--- Must have previous Sales Experience
--- Computer knowledge
--- A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience
--- Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated
--- Self-disciplined. Able to follow directions
