Job Description:
Lee Company, a trailblazer in comprehensive mechanical services,
is seeking a driven Facility Solutions Sales Consultant to expand
our foothold in the facilities and maintenance industry. Positioned
in a vibrant market in the southeastern United States, you will be
pivotal in leveraging our reputation in HVAC, plumbing, electrical,
and more, to build and deliver tailored solutions for both new and
existing clients. This role requires a dynamic combination of
technical understanding, market awareness, and a strategic sales
mindset aiming to promote and enhance Lee Company’s offerings
effectively. Identify and engage potential clients through cold
calling, networking, and referrals. Analyze customer needs and
develop tailored solutions integrating various service offerings.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to demonstrate the
benefits of Lee Company services. Collaborate with technical teams
to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Follow through with clients to ensure satisfaction and build
long-term relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets, providing
regular reports and forecasts to management. Stay updated with
industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies
effectively. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and turn them into
compelling business solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office. Excellent presentation, communication, and
persuasive skills. Capable of strategic thinking and
problem-solving. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
preferred. Relevant industry certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or
electrical services are advantageous.
