2/1/26 (Nursing only, excluding CVOR) Travelers cannot extend for a
4 th consecutive contract. Travelers will need to begin the process
of converting to an employee status after working their third
consecutive 13-week contract or after 39 weeks. If the traveler
does not wish to convert to a team member status, they will be
required to take a minimum six-month separation before they are
eligible to return as a traveler for the organization. Travelers
must be 100 miles from every Prisma facility (regardless of where
they are applying) to be eligible to travel in the system, unless
they are one of the two exceptions below 90-99.9 miles are accepted
at a 10% bill rate reduction 100 miles full bill rate Local radius:
60 miles For CRNAs only Will consider nurses with 1 years of recent
experience in unit. Must send SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER with
submittal. Orientation is every Monday. Pre Assignment testing (all
RN s) and modules required for all travelers to complete within 48
hours of receiving the login information (which usually comes
within 24 hours of the nurse signing their contract). Travelers are
eligible for reimbursement for hours spent completing modules (up
to 16 hours) and time will be verified upon start of contract. EMR
experience: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required If you
have any issues, please let the Account Manager or your CS know
ASAP. Floating: Prisma Health s goal is to keep staff in their home
unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency
staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma
Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns.
Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and
performing tasks for which competencies have already been
demonstrated and documented. Modules: Modules are billable, up to
16 hours Modules are completed pre-start and not included in NBO,
and completed annually Modules are recorded in transcripts by
